BRRR STR Auction Houses/Websites?
I have a few STRs but I'm looking to BRRR my next one. Ideally in the smoky mountains of TN or NC. What websites/auction houses are best to join to look at foreclosures and wholesale deals? I have been on a ton of websites but they're all making me pay. I am fine to pay for the good ones, I just don't know which ones they are. TIA!
