Platform or Tool to crunch numbers for real estate
Hey Everyone,
Have been using an Excel file to crunch numbers and understand cash flow to decide on investments, but been getting a little tired of keeping track of all these files and then changing numbers on them. Was looking to see if there is a platform in the market allowing me to crunch numbers and keep track of my investments, I know BiggerPockets has calculators but want to know if there are any other better tools out there!
