Question about who covers certain expenses.

When using a BRRRR strategy or any real estate investing who typically pays for the variable expenses, such as gas, electricity, and water? Is there any other expenses the tenant covers that the owner does not?

Your tenant should cover all utilities. You will cover taxes and insurance.
