Hard to find Good deal

Hello everyone, 

Please i have tried checking zillow and others but its not possible to find a good deal for fixer-upper or BRRRR.

Please, do you know any wholesaler or where i can find cheap distressed properties?

You need to start looking in the off market, direct to seller. Realtors do not put out good deals.
