Best BRRRR cities?
I'm currently prospecting for a BRRRR in Birmingham AL. It seems like a tough strategy in this area. Any suggestions on better cities?

Think picking the right city is probably overrated versus really really diving into and knowing a market. The person who knows the market super super well and can judge and take advantage of opportunities quickly beats the person that crunches all the data and optimizes the exact best markets (in my view)
