Appraiser for property in Houston Tx 77005

Posted

I have a property in Houston Tx 77005 that is in reasonably good shape but would like to update before I refinance it.

I am not sure which updates would drive better incremental value so I am looking for advice on contacts who may be able to help with this.

Would anyone have a contact who can assist - ideally an appraiser or a RE agent who is very familiar with the 77005 area (close to Rice University).

Regards

@Gbadegesin Obisesan Paint, flooring, kitchen countertops, and bathroom upgrades. Just make sure its similar spec or grade compared to other comps in the area. Very familiar with the Rice/West U area.
