I would like to contribute using my software development skills

Hi fellow members,

I am a new investor but having 25 years of extensive software development skill which I would like to contribute to my fellow investors. As I am learning how to invest, there are many steps which are time consuming and more repetitive tasks. For example, finding the right property to invest may require analyzing a lot of properties on zillow or other similar websites.

I would like to understand if you have any such pain points which could possibly be addressed using an app which I could possibly build and contribute for everyone's use.

Any thoughts?
