What's up everyone! Finding deals in today's market can be challenging to say the least. I ACCIDENTALLY stumbled upon new construction and got "stuck" with inventory that would NOT move when rates started to climb. Very stressful time in my life. I have since gone on to build, new, ground up duplexes and I want to share with you guys parts of the process.. Check it out!
