First BRRR Property In the Works! HELP
A SFH home very close to me is going up for Auction. I think this would be a really good home to use the BRRR method on. I think if I can secure it before it goes up for Auction that would be even better. Priced at 60k. ARV 150k. I have no idea what lender I should go with. My credit is great with a full time job! Help! I'm nervous!
