Hey BP! Rehabbers: I have a quick question; I'm actively looking for value-add opportunities specifically in 44102. I've noticed that a dethatched garage is one of the biggest things differentiating between higher and lower ARV...

If I wanted to build a dethatched garage on my property, what kinds of costs would you more experienced investors expect for extending the driveway to the back and building a 2-car garage?

@Jadon Grant Sheds unlimited is one builder of prefab garages. I believe they are in PA. Our Architect recommended them saying it would be hard to build as cheaply as they can. You may have somebody in your area that does the same.
