Early BRRRR Candidate

My name is Tyler Ligan, and I'm from Hudson, Ohio with a strong interest in the BRRRR method. With a background in civil/structural engineering and lots of experience doing manual labor/cosmetic upkeep to properties in high school, I immediately found the BRRRR strategy enticing. I'm looking to connect with others who have experience — whether that's lenders who can walk me through financing options, investors who are already using the BRRRR strategy, or mentors willing to share their guidance on best practices. I'm committed to being a sponge and learning as much as I can about growing my network, finding reliable subcontractors in the area, and truly knowing my goals and strategies before committing to an investment. Welcome to Bigger Pockets! You're off to a great start. I would definitely recommend that you build your team first as you're looking to BRRRR. You'll need an excellent licensed GC, a solid property management company, a great Realtor ( or Realtors ) sourcing solid deals for you, and title companies and lenders that are accustomed to closing investment deals. I work with OOS investors every day here in Memphis, TN to help them through this exact process.
