Mini Split Installer Recommendations – Central NJ

Hi BP community,

My boyfriend and I are working on our BRRR investment in Lawrence Township, NJ. The single-family property doesn't have any existing ductwork, so we're planning to install a multi-zone mini split system (4 zones).

We’ve received three quotes so far, ranging from $18K to $26K from HVAC companies. We’re wondering whether these prices are reasonable and whether working with smaller, independent contractors who specialize in mini split installations would be cheaper.

If you’ve worked with someone in Central NJ (or nearby) who was reliable and reasonably priced, we’d love to hear your recommendations. Bonus points if they’re comfortable working with investors. Alternatively, if these quotes seem reasonable, let us know.

Thanks in advance for any leads or advice!
