Hi everyone,

Looking to BRRRR a SFR property in Birmingham and rent out Section 8. Is Birmingham oversaturated? Is there such a thing as the "best" zip codes or is each street different?


I would like to connect with a Real Estate Professional in the Birmingham area that is BRRRR savvy and very well versed in the investor market around Birmingham.
