Howdy, looking for recommended markets to research for BRRRR markets in Texas/Louisiana and surface level factors to identify these markets?

Baton Rouge is a good market, but make sure you have someone advising you who really knows the area. Good vs bad areas in Baton Rouge literally vary block by block. You can go for A neighborhoods to D neighborhoods in under 100yds. Also, there is no growth in Baton Rouge and Louisiana in general, so if you buy in a bad area, do not expect it to build out/gentrify.
