Need Help To Remodel Other Side of Duplex
Hello all. I'm looknig for help / advice. I own a duplex where I reside on one side. It is my primary residence. I just remodeld one side. I want to pull equity to remodel the other side. In Texas I am finding it difficult to find a lender that understands that as long as its my homestead (it is) I should be able to get an equity loan. Any advice on where I should be seeking a loan with favorable terms?
