Potential First Purchase
Greetings and salutations!
I'm currently searching properties in my market. I've located a potential that will requires work to bring it to industry standard. My thought is, why not purchase, rehab, renovate and AirBnB the property out? Have any of you traveled this route on your first deal? What are the things to watch out for?
