New Jersey fixxer upper

Looking at a home in jersey city, NJ, already fully gutted. Looking for direction here as far as if this will be worth it or not to fix n flip or BRRRR. I'm not familiar with the NJ market I'm actually from NY and have yet to do a deal

@Daniel Colon happy to help but need a lot more info. Post the neighborhood and numbers so we can give you useful feedback. 

@Kevin Blanchard I do not agree with your statement “Greenville, Lincoln Park, Bergen-Lafayette, etc are not the best area”. First of all, best in what sense? And second, these sections of the city are definitely not A or B neighborhoods like downtown or the heights but they’re big and have parts that are rougher than the others, but also have some great parts.
