Hello BP, I have not made my first deal as of yet but I’m planning to before 2nd quarter of this year.

My question is what would be a good read for me at this stage.

( I do plan to do the BRRRR method but I also want to try and convert a Single family home to a multi family home or convert the garage to an ADU if the layout makes sense.

Read books like:

Rental Property Investing by Brandon Turner

BRRRR by David Green

Cash Flow Quadrant by Robert Kiyosaki

For a buy n hold investor these books are a great asset.
