Forcing appreciation on rentals
Hey BP!
What are some of the things you look for when deciding to add additional rooms to garages and basements? What are some deal breakers? I understand getting permits and complying to minimum requirements that make bedrooms legal. But what else are you looking for when seeing properties? Any insight is greatly appreciated!
