Closing on first property Friday, so many questions!

Friday is the closing and I’m getting extremely nervous. Did we buy the property low enough? Are all the updates we’re going to do make the property appraised at what we need to pull out and do it again? Will we find good renters? Will this covid stuff get people not to pay tent? Is everything going to go smooth? Lot of stuff going through my head right now.

Any advice or positive feedback to calm me down?

What parts are really going to drive the appraisal up? Does it matter that we’re almost doing a complete remodel?

Once done and everything goes smooth how do I take the money back out with out having to pay loans until we purchase another property?

My eyes and head hurt from all this research reading and YouTube videos I’ve been falling asleep to the bigger pockets podcast every night so far.
