How will gift of equity affect the BRRRR METHOD
Hello everyone,
I'm wondering has anyone used gift of equity while using the BRRRR strategy. It's my understanding that when gift of equity is applied, the equity is tacked on to the loan amount to cover closing cost and fees. Does this prevent you from being able to refinance later since you are using some of the equity up front?
