General Contractor Jersey City/Hudson County NJ

Hello All,

Hope all are well.

I am in search of a contractor who either has her/his own rental properties or whom has worked with real estate investors in the past and understands the process and time sensitivity of the property rehab of rental properties.

On here to ask if anybody in my area (Jersey City NJ) can refer me to anybody that they have worked with?

My preference would be to only get referrals for people that you guys have actually worked with, rather than family or friends.

Trying not to kiss frogs when it comes to contractors.
