Philadelphia, PA Contractor for first BRRRR

I am new to BP and am in the process of acquiring my first BRRRR property in Philadelphia. The property is about 1200 squared feet and needs some minor work done to it. It doesnt need a full gut job but does need to be updated in order to get the best bang for my buck. I would like to know who could recommend some General contractors and hard money lenders for this project. Thank you
