Bought my first cash property
Hello BPF l!
I need some help with a strategy with my first cash real estate property. I Purchased the property two weeks ago I paid fully cash for it. The property needs 50k in repairs I am not friendly with the banks currently. I’m currently struggling to find a creative way to inquire $50k for the repairs? Any creative suggestions to fund this project?
