Refinance BRRRR with LLC

Hello biggerpockets community. My name is Rennie Sosa and I'm a new investor in the state of NJ. I'm having trouble finding a bank that will cash out refinance a property with an LLC. Has anyone had a problem like this? Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
