Also, set up some key word alerts for things that interest you.  You can do that by going up to the "bell" icon by your name in the top right corner. And following the drop down box to Keyword Alerts.  (Examples: Texas, San Antonio, multi-family, single family, etc... whatever you are wanting to learn or connect with.)  Welcome!

No Im Not new to investing but never made a deal myself. If that makes any sense. I have keywords set up which I did years ago, though I honestly dont pay them any mind. I feel like there's value here in the local post, that I can bring and later possibly receive. I'm currently trying a swing at wholesaling. Been investing about 20 hrs/wk so I hope to get a break so on.
