Trying to decide what to do.
Hi, totally new to real estate investing. Im looking to get advice of if it would make since to even consider looking into purchasing a 7 or 8 unit building starting out. The returns obviously are better in a larger deal like that opposed to a 2-3 family, and i think that is what entices me... Am I over my head?
