New flipper-looking for guidance and tips
Hey everyone, I am a new to investing and ready to dive in. I have been researching this for some time now and have recently made several life changes that will make it possible. I have been looking into flipping homes trying to find good deals, when I ran into someone from new western acquisitions. Has anyone here ever heard of this off market company if not used them in the past, if so what are your thoughts?
