Texas: Dallas and Houston, agent needed

Looking for responsible and knowledgable multifamily agent who is able to help me search out and buy a multifamily in either Dallas or Houston. Approx 25-75 unit building, Class B-/C+. Looking for turnkey or minimal value add.

I am having difficulty finding an agent who is able/willing to help me find buildings that they themselves did not list.
