Looking for wholesale deals
Hello everyone,
First of all i would like to say I'm new to BiggerPockets, and also new to real estate, but not to investing. I would like to diversify a little, and buy some rental properties through wholesale deals that i can fix up. What's a good way to find local wholesale deals? I have emailed some of the ads i see around mentioning I'm interested in buying properties they may have, unfortunately I've had little success and usually no reply. Any suggestions? I'm new and open to learn so any opinion or advice is welcome.
