Cincinnati Real Estate Agents/Wholesalers?

Question

Hi all, I own a rental in Cincinnati (actually Northern Kentucky just across the river) and am looking to pick up another one. Though I no longer live there, I am familiar with the area as I lived there for about five years, and have a property manager in place that I'm happy with already.

Can anyone recommend a good real estate agent there who is used to working with investors? Or, a wholesaler?

Also, if you know what the market is doing there lately, please fill me in... as many may already know, it's gone crazy on the west coast.

The market is good here as far as jobs (hospital, Amazon, lots of factories, warehouses, government, international airport), population, universities, etc.   Deals are definitely getting harder to find!!

@Darrin Carey SFR or multi in a lesser expensive area but preferably not war-zone. I'm comparing what's available down there to around where I am now in Northern Indiana. I already have property management set up down there that I am satisfied with, but what I've been hearing is the market is picking up there and deals are getting harder to find. That has not happened up here yet, but then I'd have to start over with finding a good management company and that can be challenging. I'm still having to find a new manager with another property in Southern Indiana.

Depending on what you're looking for, there are a couple different wholesalers in the area that are good to work with. What are you looking for? SFR, multi, cheap area, etc?

Paul Glenn is an excellent wholesaler and real estate agent. I worked with him for 3 years and he has a knack for finding good deals. The guy is honest and has high level of integrity. He has a real estate office in N KY and he lives in Cincinnati.
