Networking in Brooklyn and Queens

Chris Moore
Posted

Hello everyone. It's been awhile since I posted. I'm somewhat of an accidental successful real estate investor. I was lucky enough to purchase a multi-family building in a gentrifying area of Brooklyn 8 years ago.

I've gotten very lucky and have not had a bad tenant or even a bounced check in 8 years if you could believe that.

I currently work a 50 hour a week full time job and have two young kids so it's difficult to devote time to locating good deals in the area. I'd like to network wit other people who are looking to invest in the NYC area. My goal is financial independence!

I would like to find either properties that will generate cash flow or to flip as I believe that the areas still offer good chances of significant returns. I have over 200K in cash and great credit and knowledge of the area and neighborhoods. What I lack is time and knowledge about the process honestly.

Thank you!

Chris
