investors/mentoring?

Question

Hey everyone I was wondering if any investors in my area would be willing to mentor on there own time or even just teach some real world knowledge from time to time I'd be happy to exchange my time doing unwanted task for yours. I've studying investing for awhile and read the books and done the whole seminar experience. I know the basics well but now I 'm looking for the specifics you can only learn from a professional investor in real world situations. Even if mentoring isn't in your agenda maybe any info on some local REI clubs where I can meet and greet would be much appreciated. I'm from Fresno CA and also a Licensed realtor. thanks BP!!

Hey Allen, Elizabeth, and Leng First off I would like to thank you guys for taking your time to help me out. Since I'm new to investing I'd like to start out with wholesaling then work my way into different types of investments. One thing I need some help on would be contracts. Some people says its better to use Standard CAR contracts and other say investor contracts are better so which way would be the best route to go for doing deals wholesaling???
