Hello-
I am looking to incorporate my RE Investment company. I want to talk to a RE Attorney to guide me on what the best entity structure would be given my situation. Also, looking for CPA with experience in RE investments. Both with reasonable rates as this is still a small operation. Any recommendations in the Boston area would be greatly appreciated!!
