Looking for contractor references and bids

I have a house on Lake Arlington under contract that will involve a full cosmetic rehab (4000 sq ft) as well as some major foundation repairs to the deck and retaining walls. The main house foundation is fine but sidewalk around the pool and deck needs some real support. I'm looking for references for contractors who have completed major projects like this before and have a track record for getting them done on time and on budget.
