Hi.

I am new here and have some experience in the REI field. I am totally impressed by the amount of information on this site. It is really well made.

Does anyone of you know of an investor friendly real estate agent or realtor in Durham, NC? The people I talked to get nervous by the word investor.

Thanks, Ed

Hi Ed, I am an investor-friendly realtor in Durham, but my office is in Morrisville. I have an investment property myself and so understand the mindset. I wouldn't be scared off at all!

Please feel free to PM me. I believe on this site you have to send me a New Colleague request and then you can email me.
