I lived in Florida and wholesaled & syndicated real estate for a few years. Very confident in running numbers and confirming a deal is worth it from acquisition to disposition
I also ran construction crews in Florida, Hawaii and now Ohio. I’m very skilled at construction job costing, inspections, design, and management. I use Chief Architect to do layouts/constructions drawings and can handle any permits needing pulled.
I have capital that I’m willing to invest. Looking for a good partner that complements my skills and has capital/knowledge that wants to collaborate on investment opportunities
