Investor-focused agents in Colorado?

Question

I am beginning a residential fixing and flipping endeavor in Colorado, specifically in the Boulder County and NW Denver metro area. I am in the process of assembling a team, and am wondering if anybody knows or has worked with a buyer's agent (or is such an agent) who specializes in working with investors in my area. This would include knowledge about and access to REOs, foreclosures and pre-foreclosures, etc.

Good Investor deals are very competitive in this Front Range market, and go quick on the MLS. As an Investor  / Agent I'd love to buy all of the deals I find, but I also need j.o.b. income and enjoy meeting, and learning other investor strategies, and providing applicable data. I'd like to hear more about your goals.

Finding a good agent is hard work, like finding a good wholesaler.  I'm not your guy, but I have one main tip:  find an investor who knows how to find what you are looking for, but does not invest themselves.

Its hard to work with an agent who would buy something for themselves before shopping it to you.  Its why I love talking to investors, helping them, partnering with them, but I wont act as an agent for them.  I will always want to buy something for myself FIRST, so I'm not doing my clients any service by doing that.  I'm up in westminster a few days a week, if you want to get together for coffee or something.
