Property Managers in Madison,WI

Hi all,

I am in the military and we are moving out of our house in Madison. We want to rent our house out and are looking for some recommendations on property managers to talk in the Madison area. There are a lot of larger companies managing multi-unit student and apartments but we are really looking for someone that is smaller and only does single family residential properties. Any recommendations or opinions would be greatly appreciated.
