Hello to the BP world. Im a newer member who's really impressed and enjoy the site. The podcasts are fantastic.. Since fresh in my mind, the last with Grant Kemp was interesting and insightful.. Kudos guys...
So a little about me.. Im from VA where I used to own and operate (3) restaurants. For the past (14) years Ive been living with my wife Elizabeth in Los Angeles .. Im an agent In Hollywood for actors.. yes, crazy business...
My other passion is real estate as I still own the properties on which the restaurants lie (now all chains such as Buffalo Wild Wings) in VA.. I also have some holdings in Charlotte, NC as my restaurant partner became a contractor there and we picked up a few SFR's in 2012-13..
Id love to find a mentor in the Los Angeles area. The market as anyone here would know is so pricey and tight. Im open to really anytype of submarkets or strategies.. I also have quite a few people in my Hollywood (and tennis) networks who would be open to investing with me after I was able to to a few deals.. Quite many actually.. So here I am!..
