We just attended our first Metrolina REIA meeting today. It was a really great opportunity to network with local investors and service providers and even meet some of the BP members in person (Matt and Bryan - nice to meet you!). There was also a very good presentation on interesting ways to invest in RE with retirement accounts. It was like BP but with flesh and blood people. For those new investors in Charlotte, we would recommend it.
