Any realtor recommendations for Hagerstown, MD?

Hi All!

Can anyone recommend a good, investor-friendly agent in the Hagerstown, MD area? We have worked with a few agents in the past, and they have been lacking in responsiveness, communication, and knowledge of investment strategies. We feel as though we have to tell them what to do and really want someone who will work for us. Any suggestions?

I can provide you with: an investor friendly Realtor, hard money lender, wholesaler's, etc. I currently am marketing to Hagerstown, Frederick, Martinsburg (Wv) and Western Maryland and can pass-on any deals that may match your criteria. Fell free to PM to chat more about that. I STRONGLY encourage you to at least attend a meeting with the HUB City REIA, there are some people that are really killing it there.

@Beth L.  I have been to a few and officially joined last week.  I would say the connections and networking there will put you ahead by miles.  Everyone you need to build a team belongs to the club (title comps, lawyers, prop managers, wholesalers, etc).  Great way to find referrals and deals.  At the very least its worth a visit.

@Andrew Michael I have been wanting to go to the Hub City meeting. I was invited to go by someone I met at the Landlords and Property Owners       Association of Washington County meeting. Have you been to the Hub City meetings? What do you think?

Hi Beth,

I was given an investor friendly Realtor in Hagerstown by a fellow BP member.  She was very quick to get back to me and we have been out numerous times to see properties.  I will PM  the information.
