I want to build a local team in Philly and looking for recommendations for

good and experienced home-Inspector

Tax adviser (with experiences for foreign investors)

Attorney.

Turnkey provider is already selected, just need add members to get started. RE strategy is cash flow SFH, Duplex or Triplex.

Any recommendation or experiences is highly appreciated.
