Landlord friendly: Travis vs Williamson County Courts

I was speaking with an area realtor in Round Rock and he mentioned off-hand that the courts in Williamson County are better towards landlords than Travis County courts. Does anyone have experience with this and would anyone take that heavily into consideration if looking for rental properties?
