Working with Wholesalers
I am curious to know if realtors have a problem working with wholesalers. The idea is to work with wholesalers on properties that have been on the mls for a while. Or do the realtors simply unload to private buyer? I feel that if there is a mutual way that all parties could benefit, then why not? I would love any honest feedback to helpl me think through the pros and cons. Thanks.
