Closing Agents in Richmond Virginia

Greetings!

I have a friend new to investing in the Richmond, VA area, Hopewell to be more specific. I am assisting him in wholesaling. Does anyone in that area know of any good closing agents? Do they use Attorneys for closing in Virginia or Title companies?

There are a lot of great title companies here, but I recommend using an attorney for any investment transaction. I use E. Sean Tluschak. You can connect with him here on BP or call his office (easy to find on google).
