Investor Friendly Agents in Illinois?
Does anyone have any recommendations for a investor friendly attorney in Illinois who will look over my contracts and tell me which one is the best, give suggestions, and most importantly be there for closing!

Hi @David Walls, Here is one of the best attorney in town. I've closed all my own properties with him and probably hundreds of properties for clients.
He also does a great job in negotiating short sales at no fee for the sellers.
