Hi there, my name is Sean and I'm a newbie!
My Fiancee and I are looking to start Rehabbing and selling houses in SoCal.
We've made some great connections, but we'd like to make even more.
More Lenders, Contractors, Possible partners, Agents etc.

Obviously a great place to meet these people would be at RE meetings.
Could someone recommend any in the SFV area?

Also, the area we're actually looking to rehab in, is the SGV and Redlands Area, so, should we be going to meetings there instead?

I would definitely hit up someone like @Will Barnard  or @Mehran K.  

 - they might know some of the southern california meetups! 

the FIBI meetings are by far the best in So Cal. They have meetings in Pasadena, Manhattan Beach, Long Beach, and more. You can also check out Investclub for Women, they have 3 locations.

I don't make it out to REI clubs often because I work in the evenings. I have made it out to one of the Investclub for Women meetings before and I enjoyed it. Hope you find what you're looking for!

@Sean Hurwitz  Someday I'll be the kind of guy who can hop on a plane and fly down to socal just for a show. But @Joshua Dorkin  chains me to my desk and only gives me the key so I can use the restroom occasionally.

Looking to rehab, rehab, rehab and get to know that VERY well before I start moving into other cash flow situations.
I DO imagine, I'll be looking out of state for my future rentals though.

@Brandon Turner  ...hopefully I'm in your neck of the woods or in @Joshua Dorkin's before you guys come to LA. We usually don't do shows here. It's literally once or twice a year.
Funny enough, as with rentals, there are much better markets for 90's music everywhere ELSE in the US and the world...mot so much in LA!
