Real Estate Agent Recommendation - Raleigh, NC

Hello,

I have a townhome in Raleigh, NC that I would like to sell.  Does anybody have an R/E agent recommendation for the Raleigh area?  I'm looking for somebody to help me market it more to the retail market than to the investor market.
