New to REI and looking for solid business partners....

I appreciate anyone who takes the time to read my post. Brief description of my business and I, 10+ year sales and marketing professional along with a background of project management in the commercial construction industry. Over the past 5 years, I've acquired 2 rental properties, both are currently rented to long term tenants. I recently decided that I want to take this business to the next level. My goal is to get my company off and running and turn this into a full time business.
I have been studying and learning as much as possible over the past three years and looking to partner with successful REI's. My area would be Eastern PA and that is where I am looking for opportunities to flip. I know that there are countless wholesalers active on this forum. I would hope to hear from the ones that are interested in growing our business together.
